Fish and meat menu: brodetto di pesce alla grottese, fishes in guazzetto and in potacchio, olives all’ascolana and fried sweet cremini, “Vincisgrassi” and Maccheroncini di Campofilone…..discover our typical dishes in the section “our recipes”.
From the dining room you can see clauster-pines, bouganville and the sea as our hotel is located along the promenade; we will give you a special welcome with a buffet of cooked and uncooked vegetables: a riot of color and smell.
Everything is matched with a selection of wines which are mostly DOC ones: rosso piceno e rosso piceno superiore, falerio dei colli ascolani, Pecorino cheese...
In addition to this, all the families that have little children, have at their disposal a special room called “Biberoneria” with a cooker, a fridge and drawers that can be used by all those mothers who want to cuddle their babies at any time. Our woman cookMaria will naturally get lunch and dinner ready and will cook broth, vegetable purée, meat and fish shake…..like if our little guests were all her own nephews!

In July 7th 2004 the restaurant BAIABLANCA, just in front of our hotel, was inaugurated.
It is the right place to have a special dinner; it is elegant, modern and refined, with large glass walls and an amazing panoramic view on the beach.
Paride, Sandro and the chef Sandro will give you a warm welcome and will do their best to let you have a memorable evening.
The bar is open all day long and it is at disposal of the hotel’s guests.
The restaurant is open all year long……we only use fresh fish that comes form our sea!
